It’s been awhile! And I’m sorry if my fading into oblivion was abrupt. It wasn’t planned. I kept stalling on the posting then I started missing events because, sadly, my knee condition has progressed to where I can no longer stand on my own two feet even with the help of a cane.

But no worries! I’ve gone through the stages and I’m at that point where I’m ready to get back in the game, with a different take on things this time around. Being kind of stuck to a wheelchair forces you to see things differently; and the need for change in the Philippine setting stares you right in the face.

So…

In the coming days, I will be sharing about my journey – from disbelief to acceptance to choosing not to let it confine me within the four walls of a comfortable cage.

I will also be sharing about major life changes! I’ve gotten married and gave birth to a delightful baby girl, who is sort of the most recent miracle in my 40’s (ok, I was 45 when I had her). It sure wasn’t all cupcakes and rainbows but I’m believing that God has everything under control.

That’s it for me today!!! I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I’m back in the wonderful world of the written word.
